Tigger keeps in shape at the Disney Fantasy's Senses Fitness Center |
All the Disney Cruise Line ships are equipped with a Senses Fitness Center in the adult area at the front of the pool deck. From Cove Cafe and the Quiet Cove pool go forward inside and you cannot miss it!
Please be advised, this area is designed for guests 18 years of age and older. There are special events and areas for younger guests. Be sure to check with spa staff.
Even though Tigger turns 48 years old next month, he is still a little short for much of the equipment here. Observe all recommendations so THIS does not happen to you!!
Don't be afraid to ask for help, too! There are cast members that specialize in fitness on every cruise. They range in services from personal trainers to instructors for yoga, spin and other classes.
